With experience as a mortgage lender and an escrow and title closer, I have been on every side of the transaction. That gives me a unique perspective and allows me to guide my clients through the process with confidence.
I have been involved in over 1,900 real estate transactions, working with lenders, abstractors, and attorneys along the way. From reviewing purchase agreements and clearing up title issues to preparing closing documents and walking buyers through their loan paperwork, I have seen just about everything and know how to handle it.
Because of that experience, I am able to catch potential issues early and keep deals on track. My goal is simple. Be a steady, reliable guide and help you reach your goals without added stress.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife Mollie and our two sons, Cohen and Baylor. Family and community are important to me, and I carry those values into the way I do business every day.
